That sounds like Express. That's not what you want. WebWorks
ePublisher costs a decent penny. The free Express version that comes
with FrameMaker (what version are you using?) is minimally
customizeable and only produces basic, barely formatted HTML. I
honestly never understood why they included that given how limited it
is.
