What are the options for converting images embedded in a Word 2007 doc
(created by pasting a Print Screen capture) to bitmaps in the original
screen resolution for use in FrameMaker or whatever?

Saving the Word doc as HTML creates a full-resolution PNG file for
each image. The file names are just numbered sequentially
(image001.png etc.), which isn't ideal for a long document with lots
of images.

If I copy and paste into Paint, PhotoShop, or PhotoScape, I get a
reduced-resolution image with munged and unreadable text. Same if
copy, open Clipoard Viewer, and select a bitmap format.

I can paste the unconverted WMF into FrameMaker, and it's fine on
screen and in PDF output, but when I generate HTML with MIF2Go I get
the same reduced-resolution bitmap.
