brochure / manual template?

Can anyone recommend a good Word template for a printed manual /
brochure? I expect it will be folded and stapled, so maybe 5.5" x
8.5". This will be distributed through bank offices, so it should look
very professional (not Times New Roman and Arial).

I guess a FrameMaker template would work too, I could export it.
