For those who thought that having documented expertise could only be an
advantage...

The strangest part is, the guy's a C# and Java MVP. If his expertise
were in MS Word or search functions, you could argue that he's helping
the competition get ahead. But coding? Does Google have a collaborative,
online site that competes with traditional coding?
