It's been my policy to nev er include an emkail address of any person in
documentation. I always have my email administrator create an alia address,
such as support -at- xxx -dot- xom and assign more than one person, usualy including
development management. That way, if a person leaves, they can be
substituted and the emails won't go unnoticed.
