You'll find all kinds of information here: http://www.apbw.us/ and http://www.apbw.us/faq.htm. They do offer training and certification and cover all types of business writing. Considerably more expensive than an STC membershipfor their Affiliate Membership ($499 USD), but that gives you everything: newsletters, blog access, so on and so forth. The Basic membership is $99 USD, but it gives you very little. No chapters, SIGS, or conference that I can see.

It seems that they are interested in giving you assistance creating a start up, marketing, negotiating, and provided templates. Of course, what you get depends on your membership level. I understand that their certification program is quite rigorous.

Anyone know anything about this group? Ever done any business with/through them? Any input would be appreciated.
