Does anyone know if there is a way to define a hypertext link in a Frame
document, so that when it's converted to PDF, the link will open an
external file (such as text or .cs file)? I thought that I could use
Marker > Hypertext > "Message URL" command, but apparently it only
applies to URL addresses (not file address). We've done this sort of
thing before using passthrough text, but it's for Frame->HTML
conversion. We don't want to have to edit the generated PDF to insert
the hypertext links, because we don't want to do this every time we have
to regenerate the PDF. I've googled around, but didn't have luck. I also
looked at the Frame help file, but I didn't see any option for this.
