Thanks for pointing to the survey! Actually, 7% of the Help developers
who responded ranked WinHelp as "Very Valuable" or "Invaluable" to their
"current development efforts."

So, "still use some WinHelp" is an understatement. 7% of Help developers
still *need* WinHelp... or rather, what they need is a modern Help
platform that has CHM's advantages over WinHelp, without its
disadvantages.

I don't know whether Microsoft Help Viewer 1.x will fit that bill. They
say it was presented at the WritersUA 2009 conference. Anyone see it
there?
