You may want to post that question at Windows Secrets (formerly Woody's)
Lounge:

http://lounge.windowssecrets.com/index.php?showforum=7&s=ca0c60de033dda01fcde7ad4a02a44a4

In addition to this forum, I can attest that the Lounge is the place to go
for quick, expert answers for all M$ OS and app questions.

(I am not affiliated with them in any way, but do know many of these folks,
or have either been to one of their conferences or studied from many of
their books.)
