Wade,

Do your reviewers have meetings? Can you stick your head in and say
"Listen folks, I think the doc(s) look good, but I really need at least
one more pair of eyes to look at it before it escapes the asylum ... Er
... Goes out the door." Set a deadline and see if you get any raised
hands.

If they don't meet, send out an email or buttonhole the most likely
suspects.

I did send it out a couple of times and my boss brought up in his
management review meetings that people aren't giving me feedback (he is
very supportive). And I really haven't gotten beat up yet. I think I'm
coming from a "this is what has happened to me in the past" kind of
viewpoint.

I guess I'll just wait and see. My boss knows it's an issue. I'm not
worried about him as much as I am worried about my image in the company,
which at the moment is pretty good from what I can tell. :)
