Last fall I purchased an "iPosture" -- a little buzzer that you put on a strap or tape to your
chest that buzzes when you slouch:
I have found it helps tremendously in keeping me upright in my chair during working hours :)
I was wearing it daily, then I cut down to every other day... I do a lot better with it on than with
it off, but I think my posture has improved overall (though still not perfect). And wow, was my
back sore when I first started wearing it!
Sometimes even when I don't have it on and I slouch I will feel a "buzz". Perhaps that part is
something I really shouldn't admit :)
