You could also try TWiki. http://twiki.org - I like that I can add code:
* To list all files in a directory that contain a specific pattern in
the title, for automatic TOCs or templates
* To create sortable tables
* To display content entry forms, for use in structured pages, or dated comments
* For which I have barely scratched the surface

Phil Gochenour wrote an article for the Sep/Oct 2007 issue of Intercom
that describes how to set up a structured wiki. This article caught my
interest before I started contracting at my present company, where we
use it heavily. Since the fall I became the TWiki administrator and am
still learning all that it can do. While the software version has
changed in three years, the pointers Phil gives still apply.
