Technical support plugin for WordPress

Those of you who use WordPress as a platform for customer-facing Web
information may want to check out the Technical Support for WordPress
plugin. This enables you to easily add email contact forms complete
with your corporate logo to your WordPress site. If a customer is
having problems, they can seek a tech support response right from the
web page.

This is one of the thousands of free plugins available for the
WordPress platform.
