Microsoft's lists of command-line switches do not include any means to open
the document at a particular location. You can specify a macro to run, so
if it's REALLY important you could define macros for all of the bookmarks.
Unfortunately, I don't think there's even a way to specify a parameter for a
macro, so the each bookmark needs to be encoded in a macro's name.
