Hey, Deborah!

I'd have to go with option #2 (are). The "and Flash" part means you have a compound subject, so your verb must be plural.

Disclosure: I cheated and consulted my Harbrace College Handbook. I know better than to rely on my own snap judgements before I've had at least two cups of coffee. ;o)
