If your issue is with a Windows (vs. CMOS/BIOS) password, some of the
non-wifi tools on this list might be helpful.

It might be more convenient to use the tools from an existing security
distro like CAINE, BackTrack, etc.

CMOS/BIOS recovery can be OEM-dependent, so be sure to check with the
laptop's OEM support site for special tools/techniques.
