The question is,

What would YOU really like to talk about?

Some folks here are assuming that people in your firm don't respect writers.
Maybe they do. What then?
Let's say they don't. Your 15 minutes is not going to change that.

So.
Use that time, instead, to get some interactive discussions going. For
example: do you have problems with getting reviews done on time? Discuss the
issue. Explain why it is a problem, ask them how you could work to fix that
problem.

This 15 minutes of attention is an excellent practice and a great
opportunity for interaction, dialog, and possible resolution. You may not
solve
problems at the meeting, but right there, you can schedule meetings with
folks to resolve issues. You can open channels of communication there.

Use the 15 minutes to kick off something that you can follow up and close
offline.

Don't waste the time on a theoretical walkthrough of a process that folks
may subscribe to in theory but never in practice. Discuss practice.

Do you work in an ideal setup and everybody cooperates and respects
everybody and milk and honey (and maybe beer?) flows out the taps? Then use
the fifteen minutes to express your gratitude, cite examples of cooperation
that ave contributed to success, thank folks in the presence of others for
their contributions, and let them know that you'd like them to change
nothing about what they do.

I'm not sure if this helps, but that's what I'd do.

Thanks,
edwin
