I've been developing Help for a bunch of different companies and for the
state for about 15 years and I've never had any customers ask me for
bookmarked pages.

Hi,

I'm working with a group who are porting their customized HTML online
guide
into the WebHelp format. One of the programmer's who has maintained the
guide is concerned that moving to frames (in WebHelp) will be a big
problem
for people who like to bookmark pages in help. He's aware of the
"favorite"
functionality, but is still concerned that people will want more
portable
bookmarks, and also that the favorites will be cleared when cookies are
cleared.

For the writers who have produced WebHelp format manuals, do you get
much
blowback from customers about this?

Thanks,

Heather
