I use CE for "customer experience" everywhere. preempting the CRUD acronym?

like "CE data", CE feature requests, CE study, etc etc

I like this theory. ÂI also think that a term this long should be an
acronym if it is used. ÂSomething, like, "Customer Requested
Enhancements and Developments," CRED. ÂBut probably not "Customer
Requested Updates and Developments," CRUD.
