I am using Word 2003 and Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro. I have a form with check boxes
and text fields. When I used the Acrobat Form Wizard, some of the check
boxes converted to radio buttons. Does anyone know a way to change radio
buttons to check boxes? I do not want to have any radio buttons on the form.
