I'm sure Megan is smart enough to recognize my suggestion as sarcasm. All
she needs to do is discuss the possibility with her superiors and have them
weigh the cost.

That said, I should probably have asked the eventual goal of this
undertaking. Perhaps there are other reasons to migrate the docs to Frame
that may negate the need to purchase an ID license. In that case a trial to
export old documents into a format Frame can understand would be all that's
required. Megan could even request the assistance of the previous creators
to convert the legacy content that needs to be ported.
