Has anyone used Captivate 4 to take Windows 7 desktop screen captures, and, if so, how do you do it? We have to use Captivate 4 because the fonts used in the project templates cannot be replicated in Captivate 5. Unfortunately, we also have to do many Windows 7 desktop screen captures. Captivate 4 works tolerably well for screen captures of applications, but completely bonks on the Windows 7 desktop.
"Bonks" means Captivate starts recording, and cannot be stopped without re-booting. Closing the app does no good--a re-boot is required to stop the recording session, which means that everything recorded is lost. Has anyone encountered this problem, and developed a solution?
Adobe is not particularly helpful, dismissing the problem as something that should be expected because Captivate 4 was developed before Windows 7. We have to use that combination. Any solutions or helpful suggestions would be very much appreciated. http://www.tekwrytrs.com/
