RE: no pd files from Frame. Help!

I hate when I'm told to do this, but I also hate how often it does solve
these odd things that just pop up out of the blue: have you rebooted?

Other troubleshooting things: can you create a PDF from any other app, such
as a Word file?  That might narrow down the possibilities,
