In rereading your original question, do all you need to do is change the 660
portion to 550? If so, that's easy.

Open a command prompt (*Start* > *Run* > CMD) and then change to the
directory (folder) in which the files are located.

Then:

*REN *660*.fm *550*.fm*
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
