Hi, we look for more ways to tweek our knowledgebase, we're
looking at search synonyms.

Are there any best practices in the area of whether we should be
populating our synonyms with misspellings?

For instance, should we be defining items such as "accont > account"

I don't think so, but I'd like opinions from those who know something
about this.
