I've always had mixed feelings about the "weakness" question.

One the one hand, anyone who knows anything about interviewing knows a
candidate is going to feed back a response that's crafted to sound
like a strength because the question is so stupid that everyone has
already looked on the web for suggestions about how to answer it and
gotten the same guidance from 100 job hunting websites.

On the other hand, it's a good sign that your interviewer is working
off some "how to interview" article and you can lead the conversation
into areas you want it to go.

My preference when I'm interviewing candidates is to ask what area/s
of the job description (if any) they may need more time or training to
come up to speed on.
