Changing file names one by one in the book window is a royal PITA, what with the multiple messages you have to acknowledge. But changing file names in the OS breaks thing. If this is a recurring need, it would behoove you to invest in FrameScript and either write or commission someone (e.g., Rick Quatro, to write a script that simplifies the process.
