Indeed.com is indeed a good source for jobs amalgamated from many other
sites, and its search function works nicely (you can add both positive and
negative terms, for example).

My two favorite sites for tech writing jobs are dice.com and monster.com -
though posting your resume on the latter will result in some phone calls
from low-end recruiters and even a few pitches to go start selling life
insurance. On the other hand, I have also received serious calls from
serious recruiters who saw my resume there.
