Cross posted as I literally have about five hours to pull the whole request
together:

I have an opportunity to replace my aging multimedia work station, and I'd
like to do so with a laptop form factor. Building a system from scratch
myself is not an option, it either has to be off the shelf or a turnkey
multimedia system. Funding for this hardware is not likely to be available
again with the next five years so I am looking to get the most powerful
laptop workstation I can to:
Record/Create multimedia eLearning include audio (Adobe premiere) and video
production
Support multi display output (needs a high end video card)

Looking for a laptop as more often than not we are being called away from
the office to capture assets.

Those of you who do video and other multimedia, what is your dream system?
