The DotNetNuke and ArcWeb Help screen have graphics and/or tables that
force horizontal scrolling. Unlike.

(Yes, I'm picking nits three weeks after the fact. There's probably a
Circle for that.)

*** Vendor Post ***

Normally I sit in silence on tool discussions (as vendors should), but
since specific examples were asked for I thought I would chime in.

There is a showcase of Flare customer examples here:
http://www.madcapsoftware.com/products/flare/showcase.aspx

Some of those are using the stock templates and others have been
customized to varying degrees. Two of my favorites are the DotNetNuke
manual and the Bomgar example. The reason I like these two is that they
have gone beyond the basic publish tri-pane/link to tri-pane model.

The DotNetNuke example is using the tri-pane, but they have hosted it in
a frame of their own. It can be seen here:
http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/Support/Online-Manual.aspx

The Bomgar site, on the other hand, has discarded all of the traditional
tri-pane embellishments and have created their own navigation. The
example is here, and yes, this is all Flare created. If in doubt just do
a view source:
http://www.bomgar.com/docs/content/index.htm

A good example of keeping the tri-pane, but updating the look and feel
would be the ArcWeb example. They went beyond just changing the colors
and even changed most of the small icons:
