I don't think so. The low pay, low tech temp agency jobs are still being
advertised. What seems to be happening, at least as far as I can see, is
that actual manufacturing companies with greater technical requirements
that have not been hiring are starting to poke their heads above ground.
There are also more start-ups in the mix. Hopefully, an indication that
the tech sector is beginning to come back to life. Cross fingers!
