Re: FrameMaker: Imported Text: Removing Overrides
I just imported a Word file into Frame.
I want to tell Frame to do the following:
Take every paragraph in the document with this override--*body--and apply a certain paragraph format (which, BTW, is called Body) that already exists in Frame's Paragraph Catalog.
I've used the CusSpan Plug-Ins before with a fair bit of success: http://www.cudspan.net/plugins/.
And if you're importing tables from Word into Frame, you may very well be happy to discover Table Cleaner, from Carmen Publishing: http://www.frameexpert.com/plugins/index.htm
I've also used the paragraph tools from Silicon Prairie Software, http://www.siliconprairiesoftware.com/, with mixed success. But at times it's done exactly what I wished for for the very low price of $10.
