Only if they're marking your rate up by a percentage. It's just as likely
that the agency is billing a rate negotiated with the client and then
lowballing the writers.

The unemployment rate in Tampa is barely in single digits at 9.9. They
probably figure it'll be a long time before somethingbetter comes along.
