I think it's fine. The schools are testing students in real world
conditions. Spell check will only be an advantage if the student can
tell the difference between homonyms. It will help both teachers and
students to focus on content and grammar. Although, will students
experience trouble with document formatting, or will the schools give
the students clear templates to use?
