Yes-I wonder how that works, legally. Can they still call themselves "STC" or will they need to come up with a new name? Here in Vermont, one of the former STC-Vermont officers has started a writing SIG within the local ASTD group (first meeting is tonight, btw). We techcomm folk need camaraderie, it seems!
Interesting. They're not really dissolved, they've just ditched STC and gone indy.
