Absolutely, I know that. The chances are there but the information is available to any prospective employer. In fact, it comes up whenever I apply for work. I could lie, but the chances that my former employer would lie is minimal. The information is part of my work record. Nothing I say anywhere is not already recorded somewhere.

Sad, eh?
