Ok, I'll bite.

I've seen these requests the past few weeks and have come to believe that
the more they are posted, the more suspicion is aroused regarding some sort
of phishing scheme. At least that's the sense I get... hence my reluctance
to agree to any sort of interview.

Perhaps if the request were presented differently?
