Re: Pay Gap Between Manager and Subordinates
I don't know if this is even a valid question, but this scenario
described may possibly turn into reality. Is there an expected (or
unsaid/unwritten) minimum salary gap between a tech pubs
manager-editor and his/her senior writing staff? If the manager only
made $20,000 more than the highest paid writer, could that be
considered unacceptable? Unacceptable to the manager-to-be, that is.
