I guess it depends on whether I mean 3.43 or 0.29. :-)

Unless you mean "available around the clock all week long" (you provided no context).

I've never, ever heard or seen "7/24" used to express that concept. It's always "24/7" in my experience. Did someone actually suggest "7/24"?
