Do we suppose that is a feature of the RoboHelp CHM at work,
or a feature of SharePoint?

If all links are relative, what is the salient difference
between the two environments - inside SharePoint versus
on local HD - that breaks links within a CHM? Presumably,
they both live on a hard disk somewhere, so...?
