You wild kids! Don't forget that in Word 2010, the "Insert Tequila"
command is in the Developer tab on the Ribbon, rather than the Insert
tab.

My previous suggestion for using the. computer as an iPod was a friendly
jab at my friend Kat, who partied with us in Sacramento.

Along with Margaret and William's suggestions, I recommend using Save As
every few hours and at the end of the day. Save As writes a clean
version of the file.

Save tends to keep a record of all changes, which both increases the
file size AND confuses the application.

I learned this trick from the Aldus PageMaker manual.
