This documentation has been written in DITA XML:

https://www.nomadesk.com/support/webhelp/

Available in 3 output formats (WebHelp, HTMLHelp and PDF) and 10 rebranded
variants (Nomadesk, Hostbasket, NovaDrive...), all generated from a single
DITA map. No CMS used. EPUB may be added in the (near) future.

Componize (www.componize.com) is used to:

- Generate the output, fully automatically. No more manual
typesetting/formatting for the PDF output. PDF is generated through XSL-FO
(FOP).
- Manage the DITA-sourced content

Translation and DTP costs were reduced dramatically.

You can download the PDF of the Esko case study here:

Cheers
