Drop the OT thread please

TechWhirlers,

I've been lenient on the Sturgeon's Law thread, but it's time to get back
on track with pertinent discussion.  If you feel the need to continue it,
take it off-line please.

Here's a rule-of-thumb:  if you have to add "OT" to the subject line, it's
not about tech comm, and therefore not appropriate for the list. If you're
not sure, don't post it.

Thanks for being considerate of your fellow TechWhirlers' time and
bandwidth.
