It's a regular desk - Gerry wasn't available. :-) Something like this,
though not to scale:

My sitting setup is standard: monitor on a desk surface, keyboard and
mouse on a keyboard drawer. My standing setup is a second monitor on a
hutch over the desk, with a small bookshelf in front to hold the
keyboard and mouse at a standing user's height.
