I think either is fine. The difference is only of academic interest.

Subject: Question about "How To" Articles

Hi, All,

I need to compile/write a series of How To pieces.

At the moment, I'm using "'How To' Articles" just to call them something.

But now I'm wondering: Should they be How-To Articles or "How To" Articles?

With hyphen or with quotes?

Cordially,
Craig
