Becca,

You can't really expect each author to turn in their material in your
order. If your task is just to impose structure (the sections you posed to
us a few weeks ago?) and format (styles and/or copy-edit), you should be
able to do that independently for each chapter.

If you also want to make sure all the chapters fit together and are
coherent on some level, make another pass when you have all the chapters
(assuming you can still make your deadline).
