I have a Java "Start" file that's been set up to only run on a Mac platform.

I've installed Cygwin and can CD to the app folder on Win 8, but then the
command fails when I run it.

It's been years since I messed with Linux a little bit, but do know my way
around the (DOS) command line very well.

What can be done to run this Java app on Windows 8? Patching the Start file
is an option, if I only knew what I needed to do to edit it so it'll run.

Thanks
