Hi - I'm also starting to work with mobile help in Flare. One issue for me is that in the output, the initial page is a list of links to TOC, Search, etc. I want the help to open directly to my TOC (not to a link to a TOC). This requires hand coding after generating. (If interested, let me know and I'll forward the info I got from Flare support.)

Thanks to whoever mentioned Ghost Script. I have a manual full of line drawings in EPS and they look terrible in the PDF output. I'll definitely look into Ghost Script!
