That printer sounds familiar to me. I think we owned one, but I don't know
if we have a CD for it.
Would it be possible to give the printer its own port on the LAN, after both
types of computers have download the appropriate drivers for it?. Then
change the printer's LAN
address on both computers to the independent LAN port and let both of them
send their print jobs to it. We've got both XP and Win7 computers on our
LAN, and have that setup with three different printers, two Sony models, and
a Canon. HTH
