Re: Question about refurbished laptops

8.1 makes up for 8.0's inadequacies, IMO. But I also use the Start8 add-on
menu system from Stardock, providing a real, honest-to-goodness Start menu.
(I detest the Metro UI and am not a touchscreen user.)
